Training Program Rules and Regulations

Based on and within the framework of the Record of Discussions (R/D), the project formulated the following rules and regulations:

1. A participant is required to attend the whole program of the workshop or other training activities.

2. If a participant cannot attend the training program, they should send a letter stating the reason addressed to Project Director (and cc to Chief Adviser) and they should inform the TWG head and project coordinator one week before the destined training program.

3. A participant is required to respond to any monitoring and evaluation activities such as:

(1) To submit questionnaire to evaluate a training at the end of the training.

(2) To submit pre-training test at the beginning of the training and post-training test at the end of the training.

4. The project shall pay the land transportation fee for trip from Cotabato-Davao-Cotabato if the workshop is held in Davao City amounting to PHP 700 per person.

5. The project will provide hotel accommodation for the participants when training is held in Davao City.

6. In case that the training is in Davao City, a participant will pay his/her transportation fee from their home to the pick-up point of the provided project vehicle.

7. In case that the training is in Cotabato City, participants will pay their transportation fee to the project site.

8. Certification is granted to participants by the project, only when a participant has attended the whole program and has obtained satisfactory achievement, which is determined by the project.

9. TWG and ARMM authorities concerned are requested to fulfill its undertaking in time, which is defined in the Record of Discussions (R/D).
