Participating Departments:
The first of the 3-part session on Infrastructure Construction Management is intended to let the participants understand their roles and responsibilities as Field Engineers; learn the basic concept and principles of Project Management; and be aware of the DPWH planning process and design data requirements for roads, bridges and flood control structures.
The whole training was executed by Engr. Clovis Ike Payumo, JICA Infrastructure Development Expert/Course Leader and Dir. Guialoson Mamogkat, Infrastructure TWG Team Leader. A combination of lectures, discussion and workshops were administered during the training. The inputs were mostly based on the DPWH National Planning and Design Standards Roads, Bridges and Flood Control Structures.
