The three-day coaching workshop aims to finalize draft feasibility study (FS) reports for submission by the end of the Coaching-Workshop. Each group presented their current outputs to provide comments and suggestions to further enhance the said outputs.

  • Group 1: Development of RORO Facilities in Polloc Port
  • Group 2: Improvement of 2-Km Solon Farm to Market Road
  • Group 3: Proposed River Flood Protection Dike

The Project Design Matrix (PDM) of each proposal was also discussed further during the coaching-workshop. The lead person for the said activity was Engr. Clovis Ike Payumo, JICA Infrastructure Development Expert.
