The three-day workshop aims to develop the Project Design Matrix (PDM) of each group based on the analysis done. The workshop also focused on the presentation and discussion of their current outputs and Background Information and Rationale; justifying the proposed project; and detailed technical and institutional analysis based on annotated outlines. The lead person for the said activity was Engr. Clovis Ike Payumo, JICA Infrastructure Development Expert.
