The Farmers Training on Halal Goat Production focused on the introducing participants to the basics of Halal Goat Production, specifically on: 1) Introduction to Halal Goat Production; 2) Pasture Establishment and Management; 3) Housing and Fencing; 4) Breeding and Reproduction; 5) Goat Nutrition; 6) Feed Conservation; 7) General Herd Management; and 8) Herd Health Management.

The activity was attended by participants from DTI-ARMM, DTI-ARMM (Maguindanao & Shariff Kabunsuan), MASKHAGRA, BFAR-ARMM, RBOI, TESDA-ARMM, DAR-ARMM, DA-Mag., MSU-Mag., CDA-ARMM, PNP-ARMM, DAF-Maguindanao, USM-Kabacan, DARMO-Sultan Kudarat, DMPC, LGU-Cot., DARPO-Sulu, DARPO-Lanao del Sur, DARPO-Basilan , DARPO-Tawi-tawi and selected goat farmers.
