        On the trial TOT, nine members from the Technical Working Group formed as the first group to be the lecturer for the Goat Production. Power Point Presentations and lecturers guide were provided to the assigned person. New participants were given pre-test first to measure their knowledge on the subject matter. Afterwards, the first lecturer started the topic. The remaining members who are not lecturer formed sub-groups to facilitate the program for each day.

        During this trial TOT, participants were asked to evaluate themselves after delivering their assigned topics. Resource persons were also present during the TWGs presentation to guide them when lecturers encounter difficulty along the way. Resource persons are Dr. Josephine Migalbin of USM, Dir. Nilda Ginete of Ateneo de Davao University and Mr. Ryujiro Sasao, JICA Expert.
